表面鱼鳞纹参数及其对铁基非晶宽带功耗的影响

         

摘要

首先定义了描述铁基非晶合金宽带鱼鳞纹形态的几个参数,包括鱼鳞纹间距、振幅、纹深比等,并且基于这些参数对带材比总损耗和比视在功率的影响规律进行研究.实验表明,当鱼鳞纹的间距约为2mm时,带材的比视在功率和比总损耗均最低.鱼鳞纹的振幅越小,带材的比视在功率和比总损耗都越低.当鱼鳞纹的纹深比减小时,带材的比视在功率显著降低,而比总损耗小幅降低.%Sevaral parameters of fishscales on the surface of Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbons were defined, and the influence of these parameters on power consumption was investigated. The results show that, when the space between two adjacent fishscales was about 2mm, the power consumption of the ribbons were the lowest. With decreasing the amplitude of fishscales waving the magnetic properties of the ribbons are improved. With decreasing the depth ratio of fishscales, the exciting power of the ribbons decrease markedly while the core loss does not change much.
