环形电感泄漏磁场镜像法分析

     

摘要

环形共模电感是EMI滤波器中必不可少的器件,分析并研究环形电感泄漏磁场至关重要.利用镜像法等效原理对环形电感泄漏磁场进行等效,并借助有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell分析镜像法精度的影响因素,包括绕组线径、匝数、磁芯外径、磁导率.具体方法为先分析比对平面镜像法和曲面镜像法,然后仿真距离绕组表面20mm内的泄露磁场分布情况来判断其镜像法的适用性.仿真验证表明,绕组线径、匝数、磁芯外径、磁导率并不影响曲面镜像法的适用性,所以可采用毕奥-萨伐尔定律计算环形电感任意一点的泄漏磁场,为环形电感的泄漏磁场磁密计算提供了一种新的思路.%The toroidal common mode inductor is an essential component of the EMI filter. So the analysis and research of the magnetic field is very important. The method of mirror image method is used in the toroidal inductance leakage magnetic field, and the influence factors on the accuracy of the mirror image method is analysed by Ansoft Maxwell, including winding diameter, turns, core diameter, magnetic and permeability. The method is to analyze the plane and the surface mirror method, and then simulate the distribution of the magnetic field within 20 mm of the winding surface to verify the applicability of mirror image. The simulation results show that the winding diameter, turns, core diameter and permeability have no influence on the applicability of the surface mirror method, so the leakage magnetic field at arbitrary point can be calculated by Biot-Savart law, which provides a new idea for magnetic flux density calculation of leakage magnetic field.
