中国食品安全综合评价：2008－2013∗

摘要

文章从食品数量安全、食品质量安全和食品安全可持续三个维度构建中国食品安全综合评价指标体系，并运用主成分分析法对2008年至2013年中国除香港、澳门及台湾以外的省级行政区域进行综合评价分析。在研究中，首先选取2012年的数据进行各省份横向对比研究，得出中国食品安全总体呈东高西低的分布的结论。为了进一步分析各地产生差异的原因，论文对主成分分析中的六个主成分进行了聚类分析，发现在一定范围内，中国食品安全聚类明显呈区域特性，相邻省份分数类似，研究得出食品安全与地域环境息息相关的结论。在对中国食品安全情况历史趋势分析时，文章发现从2008年至2013年，我国总体食品安全水平不断提高，各个区域的发展趋势和全国的趋势相符，但值得注意的是各区域之间的差距正在逐步变大。%This paper has constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system of food security in China.Food-quantity safety, food-quality safety and sustainability of food safety are all the components of this system.Through this system,this paper uses principal component analysis to research the level of China’s regional food safety from 2008 to 2013.Firstly,from the dates of 2012, this paper sums up that east regions have higher level food safety than its west counterpart.In order to discover the reason above,cluster analysis is used to analyze the six principal components,and then we found that geographical location is closely related to the level of food safety.Secondly,this paper studies the trends of food safety from 2008 to 2013 and finals that China’s food safety level continue to improve However,it is worth noting that the gap between the regions is gradually lager.
