新媒体背景下的食品安全风险交流研究现状与展望∗--以 WOS 数据库为样本

摘要

With the rising of micro-blog,blog and social media,food-safety risk communication adapted to become a very important issue.In this paper,content analysis is used for relevant literatures of WOS.The result shows that the new media and the presence of food safety risk communication research and the total lack of influence is not enough.Researcher origin uneven distribution,institution researchers are not only lack of diversification but also lack of cooperation across academic institutions.The study question is narrow and many other problems.Based on the analyzing we believe that the relevant research and development trend has a vast academic future for exploration.%随着以微博、博客等社交媒体为代表的新媒体兴起，构建与之相适应的食品安全风险交流体系成为理论研究的热点。文章以内容分析法对 WOS 数据库中的相关文献进行分析，认为新媒体背景下，食品安全风险交流研究存在研究总量不足且影响力不够、研究者来源地分布不均、研究者所在机构不仅缺乏多样化而且缺乏跨机构学术合作、议题偏窄等诸多不足。但其发布时间等数据的变化趋势显示该研究议题有着日趋增长的学术热度与广阔的学术探索空间。
