ESD紧急停车系统在聚合生产中的应用

摘要

This paper introduces the functions , characteristics, hardware and software of Japanese Yokogawa PROSAFE-RS ESD system .Also introduced is the application situation of this system in Henan Lianchuang Chemi-cal Co., Ltd., the interlocking conditions of the system in polymerization production , and its operational proce-dures.Application results show that , ESD system can meet control requirements to ensure safe production .%简要介绍了日本横河PROSAFE-RS ESD系统的的功能及特点，硬件、软件的组成，并简述了在河南联创化工有限公司的应用情况及在聚合生产中该系统的联锁条件及运行步骤。应用表明， ESD 系统达到了控制要求，确保装置安全生产。
