大连市发展现代服务业的对策研究

摘要

发展现代服务业是实现产业结构优化升级的重要途径。大连市在现代服务业发展过程中既有优势，也存在着不足。大连市应该发挥优势，确立并发展现代服务业重点产业，建设重点产业集聚区，扶持重点企业，确立重点项目。%The development of modern service industry is an important way to realize the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.Dalian City has advantages in the process of developing the modern service industry,and it also has shortcomings as well.Under the background of constructing the “Two Zones”,Dalian should make use of its advantages to establish and develop the major business of the modern service industry,construct the key in-dustry clustered zones,support backbone enterprises and decide key projects.
