BIM技术在精细化施工管理中的应用

         

摘要

BIM技术作为一种引发建筑行业信息化变革的一种新技术在众多的大中型工程中发挥核心优势。住建部出台《关于推进建筑信息模型应用的指导意见》,已明确推进BIM在建筑领域特别是在工程实施阶段的应用[1]。本文以淮南中环国际广场项目为例,阐述BIM技术在精细化施工管理中的应用价值,包括提高图纸审核效率、现场整体平面布置、4D施工过程模拟以及综合布管和孔洞预留等方面,其应用结果表明BIM技术能提高施工质量、节约资源、缩短工期及降本增效等优势。%BIM, as a new revolutionary technology of information renovation in construction industry, plays an important role in many large and medium-sized projects. This technology is suggested to be promoted in construction field especially in the being carried pro-jects, according to guidance of the building information model application, which is issued by ministry of housing and urban-rural de-velopment. Taking the project of Huainan Central International Plaza as an example, this article elaborates the application value of BIM technology in the fine construction management, which namely are the efficiency of drawing review, the overall layout, 4D simulation construction process and the advantages of tube layout and hole presetting, etc. The application results show that BIM technology can save energy, shorten construction period and reduce costs as well as ensure the quality of project.
