法国土壤污染防治法律研究

摘要

我国土壤污染形势严峻，然而在土壤污染防治方面不仅没有专门性单行法律、法规，现有的法律、法规中也只有些零散规定，防治土壤污染的法律基本上是一项空白。本文主要根据法国土壤污染现状分析了法国土壤污染防治法的制度和法律责任。%Soil pollution in China is serious. However,there are not specific laws and articles in the aspect of soil pollution prevention and control. The existing laws and regulations are only some scattered provisions. Soil pollution prevention law is basically a blank. This paper mainly,according to the French soil pollution status is an analysis of institutional and legal liability of soil pollution prevention and control law of France.
