对置活塞式四冲程自由活塞发电机仿真研究

     

摘要

In order to overcome the serious mechanical vibration in the existed single-cylinder four-stroke free-piston generator,a novel opposed-piston four-stroke free-piston generator was presented and simulated. At first, the system structure and working principle of the system was discussed. The opposed-piston four-stroke free-piston generator was described with dynamic and thermodynamic equations,which was simulated by numerical calculation program. It was showed that opposed-piston four-stroke free-piston generator had advantages of low mechanical and high power density. It is a better choice for hybrid electrical vehicles than the existed design u-sing as power generating systems.%针对现有结构的四冲程自由活塞发电机在工作过程中存在的严重机械振动问题,提出了一种新型的对置活塞式结构四冲程自由活塞发电机。在分析系统结构组成和工作原理的基础上,分别从热力学和动力学建立对置活塞式四冲程自由活塞发电机的仿真模型,并进行系统动态特性的仿真分析。研究结果表明:该四冲程自由活塞发电机具有机械振动小及功率密度高的特点,比单活塞式结构的四冲程自由活塞发电机更适合作为未来混合动力电动汽车的发电装置。
