覆金滤纸上的金纳米颗粒的尺度对C60/C70的SERS影响

         

摘要

表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱对于研究薄膜材料的界面特性及其在基质表面的吸附行为有非常重要的意义.本文在非水体系得到了一系列高质量的C60/C70 SERS谱(其增强因子达105), 并通过对不同粒径条件下的C60/C70 SERS 谱进行广泛的比较研究,发现覆金滤纸上金纳米颗粒的尺度是C60/C70的SERS效应很灵敏的影响因素.丰富了SERS机制非水体系的实验证据,更为富勒烯薄膜材料提供了一套SERS光谱检测的优化方法和思路.%It is exciting and significant to apply the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectrum technique on investigating the interface character and surface adsorption of fullerene films. A series of beautiful SERS spectra of C60/C70 were obtained in non-water systems with enhancement factors up to 105. By comparing the SERS spectra of different dimension of nano-particles, we found the dimension is a very sensitive factor. This comparison helps to enrich the proofs of SERS mechanism in non-water systems, which provide a new way to optimize SERS of fullerene materials.
