机译：Based on a full investigation of user informal information behavior,and with the graduate students receiving the services from the National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences as interviewees,this study uses the methods of questionnaire and interview,and the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research to introduce the idea of ''persona'' and establish four typical fictional persons.It also provides six kinds of new services with 24 suggestions.This study shows that it is of significance to create and use personas with behavior characters for library services and the design of digital library system.
