内窥镜无线供电系统功率传输稳定性优化研究与设计

         

摘要

针对内窥镜运动时存在的供电稳定性和效率较低的问题,通过对接收端姿态和位置运动变化的分析,研究了提升无线电能传输功率的方法。采用椭圆坐标系模型,推导了三维接收线圈在 Helmholtz 发射线圈作用下位置和姿态变化时磁感应强度的变化规律,以及对互感和耦合系数的影响。设计了内窥镜无线供电系统的实验装置,通过仿真和实验可以看出,Helmholtz 发射线圈能够产生均匀的高强度磁场,在轴向偏移和角度偏转的情况下,比柱状螺旋发射线圈提高了100 mW 的传输功率。实验结果表明,该方案可以满足无线内窥镜工作的电能供应需要。%For power supply stability and low efficiency problem in the movement of the endoscope,the method of improving the power of the wireless power transmission was studied based on the analysis of the attitude and position movement.Using elliptic coordinate system,variation of the magnetic induction of the three-dimensional receiving coiland the impact on mutual inductance and coupling coefficient in the Helmholtz transmit coil effect when the position and attitude change were derived. Experimental device of wireless power supply system with Endoscope was designed.Through simulation and experiment,it can be seen that the Helmholtz transmit coils can generate high intensity magnetic field uniform,than columnar spiral transmitting coil improves the transmission power of 100 mW in the case of axial deviation and angular misalignment.The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can meet the needs of the power supply of the wireless endoscope.
