高职院校顶岗实习管理模式研究

摘要

本文首先分析了高职院校顶岗实习管理模式的基本概念及管理模式起到的作用，然后指出我国现有的顶岗实习模式存在的问题，并提出对应的解决方法，为学校管理在顶岗实习方面的发展提供一定的参考作用。%〔Abstract〕 The article analyzes firstly the basic concepts and effects of the management mode of higher vocational college students’ post practice, and then figures out the existing problems of our current post practice. Finally it puts forward the solution methods and provides a reference for the management develop-ment of college post practice.
