高校突发事件处置中网络舆情引导和管理机制研究

摘要

Network We-media age is completely changing and influencing the social life and public opinion architecture. All kinds of emergencies from social livelihood issues transmitted by the network public opinion have many negative effects on the public's social life. College students have become an important group involved in social hot issues, especially in thinking and behavior by the profound impact of the spread of mobile media.
