The paper presents the practical conclusion about fast start and cease the blast furnace , and the operation of dropping burden level.So we achieve fast operation under safety and fine environment condition .%本次停炉采用无预休风，正常喷煤富氧、炉顶雾化打水、分段上停炉料、较高顶压、全风状态下降料面停炉，实现了降料面过程的快速、安全、环保。
