创新型实训基地建设的实践--以沈阳航空职业技术学院创新型实训基地建设为例

The innovative training base constructed by Shenyang A eronautical Vocational College simulates the enterprise production technology process, management mode and enterprise culture, chooses typical task as the teaching product, realizes the combination of teaching content and knowledge and skills needed by the working post, and improves the agreement between teaching process and enterprise production activity. The campus practice strengthens cultivation of students' skill and comprehensive ability, adheres to the post, highlights application, helps the student to have the feelings of production process, atmosphere and organization and management mode, and real working process so as to improve students' practical ability, employment ability and professional ability.%沈阳航空职业技术学院建设的创新型实训基地，模拟企业生产工艺流程、管理模式、企业文化等生产情景，选择典型工作任务为教学产品，实现了教学内容与工作岗位需要的知识和技能相吻合，提高了教学过程与企业生产活动的契合度。校内实践强化学生技能和综合能力的培养，贴近岗位、突出应用，使学生有现场生产过程、氛围与组织管理方式真实工作过程的感受，从而提高学生的实践能力、就业能力和职业能力[1]。
