110警情处置

摘要

近些年,随着公安机关工作的深入人心,使＂110＂完全融进了民众的日常生活,形成了老百姓有困难找警察的思维模式,但是受于公安机关权限限制,实际上对很多问题没有能力也没有权力去处置,本文对110警情处置中常见的案件类型在处置过程中的问题进行概括分析,并提出相应的解决办法。%In recent years,with the taking root of the work of the public security organs,"110" completely melt into the daily life of the population,forming a thinking mode of asking a police officer for help,but by the restrictions to the public security organs,actually a lot of problems can not or even do not have the right to be disposed.This article took an overview of the problems in the disposal of 110 police situation common types of cases and proposed appropriate solutions.
