辽宁省网络舆情的监测、预警与应对机制建设研究

摘要

The network public opinion has a far-reaching impact on the formulation and implementation of policy for government departments,social stability and the government's image.Based on the status quo of monitoring,early warning and response mechanism of the network public opinion in Liaoning Province,in the premise of following the principle of rapid response,public information and guiding constraint,tried to find a reasonable solution,proposed a sets of scientific,systematic monitoring,early warning and response mechanism of the network public opinion suitable to the characteristics of Liaoning province.%网络舆情对于政府部门政策的制定和执行、社会的稳定和政府的形象有着深远的影响。根据辽宁省网络舆情的监测、预警与应对机制的现状,针对其所存在的问题,在遵循以快速反应、信息公开、引导约束为原则的前提下,试图找出合理的解决方案,提出一套适合我省网络舆情特点的科学化、系统化的网络舆情监测、预警、应对机制。
