治安案件查处中的突出问题及对策研究

摘要

The investigation and treating of security cases is an important part of the administrative law enforcement of the public security organs,whose quality has direct impact on the effectiveness of law enforcement behavior.The public security organs as a law enforcement body are facing with the increasing complexity of the security situation.Affected by many factors,there are still many outstanding issues to be resolved in the investigation and treating of the security cases.During the 2012 summer holiday,to further adapt to the new public security education training work pattern,according to the unified deployment and arrangements of the college,the author went to the grass-roots public security authorities to conduct a thorough research and achieved certain results,in order to provide some valuable reference to take corresponding countermeasures for the relevant departments.%治安案件查处是公安机关行政执法的重要组成部分,其执法质量直接影响到执法行为的效力。作为执法主体的公安机关,应对的是日趋复杂的治安形势,受多种因素影响,在治安案件查处工作中,还存在着诸多突出问题有待解决。笔者在2012年暑假期间,为进一步适应新的公安教育培训工作格局,根据学院的统一部署和安排,到基层公安机关进行了深入的调研工作,并取得了一定成果,以期为相关部门采取相应对策提供一些有价值的参考。
