SiO2负载钴取代磷钼钒杂多酸盐催化氧化环己烷反应

         

摘要

Heteropolyacid salts of series supporter-type Dawson cobalt substitution for phosphorous, mo lybdenum, and vanadium were prepared with ultrasonic immersion method and the catalysts so obtained were characterized by using methods such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and specific surface area determination. And these catalysts were used in the reaction of catalysis of cyclo hexane selective oxidation to get cyclohexanol and cyclohexanoa The effect of different catalyst amount, reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of H2O2 on reaction activity was investigated. The re sult showed that the silica gel processed with 3 mol/L HC1 solution and ultrasonic immersion could make CoH7P2Mo15V3O62/SiO2 have better activity. The conversion of cyclohexane was 56. 22% and the total yield of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone was 17. 19% under following conditions: the amount of cyclohex ane was 0. 1 mol, 35%CoH7P2Mo15V3CWSiO2 was 0. 2 g, H2O2with w(H2O2) being 50% was 13. 6 g (0. 2 mol), reaction time was 10 h, and the temperature was 75 ℃.%采用超声波浸渍法制备系列负载型Dawson钴取代磷钼钒杂多酸盐,用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、比表面积测定等方法对催化剂进行表征,并将其用于催化环己烷选择氧化制备环己醇与环己酮的反应中.考察负载量、反应温度、时间以及过氧化氢用量对反应活性的影响.结果表明,3 mol/L盐酸处理的硅胶在超声波浸渍条件下,催化剂CoH7P2Mo15V3O62/SiO2有较好活性.在温度75℃、环已烷用量0.1 mol、35% CoH7P2Mo15V3O62/SiO20.3g、反应时间10 h、w(H2O2) =50%的过氧化氢用量13.6 g(0.2mol)时环己烷的转化率达到56.22%,环己醇和环己酮(简称KA油)总收率达到17.19%.
