In order to separate As from Cu, Sb and Bi effectively, the processing conditions of alkaline leaching of copper sludges were studied, and the leaching kinetic mechanism was explored. The result showed that under the optimal conditions, the leaching rate of As was up to 92. 84% while that of Cu was 1.43%, Sb-2. 92% and Bi-1. 26%. The alkaline leaching process could be described by the shrinking core model which was controlled by the diffusion in the boundary layer, product layer diffusion and chemical reaction.%以黑铜泥为原料,研究黑铜泥碱性浸出的工艺条件,从而使Cu、Sb、Bi和As有效分离,并探讨浸出过程的动力学机理.实验结果表明:在最佳碱浸条件下,黑铜泥中As的浸出率为92.84%,Cu的浸出率为1.43%,Sb的浸出率为2.92%,Bi的浸出率为1.26%.黑铜泥碱浸出过程在动力学上符合液-固反应的收缩性未反应核模型,不是由单一步骤控制,而是由外扩散、内扩散和界面化学反应3个步骤混合控制.
