以 Ni60 粉末和纳米 CeO2颗粒为原料,在氩气保护下采用高能球磨工艺制备了纳米 CeO2/Ni60 复合粉末,并利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射和激光粒度分析仪等方法,对复合粉末的形貌、晶粒大小、微观应变及粒度分布进行表征和分析.结果表明:在球磨转速为 350 r/min,球料比为 10∶1 的条件下,随着球磨时间的延长,Ni60 粉末晶粒不断细化,纳米CeO2团聚体逐渐解聚,当球磨时间为 10 h时,纳米 CeO2颗粒均匀弥散分布在 Ni60 基体上,形成层片状复合粉末;经 10 h球磨后复合粉末的晶粒尺寸和微观应变分别为 27.9 nm和0.32%,并在球磨 10 h后,二者的变化趋于稳定.%Taking Ni60 powder and CeO2 nano-particles as raw materials and argon gas as protective me-dium,the CeO2/Ni60 nanocomposite powder was prepared with high-energy ball milling process and mor-phology,grain size,microstrain,and particle size distribution of the nanocomposite powder were charac-terized and analyzed with scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),and laser particle size analyzer.The result showed that under the condition of milling speed of 350 r/min and a ball-to-pow-der ratio of 10∶1,the grain size of Ni60 powders would decrease with the ball-milling time,agglomerative CeO2 nanoparticles would gradually be disintegrated,and after milling for 10 h,the CeO2 nanoparticles would homogeneously be distributed on the surface of Ni60 matrix and form a layered nanocomposite pow-der,the average grain size and microstrain of the nanocomposite powder being 27.9 nm and 0.32% respec-tively,and the change of the two parameters would tend to be stable.
