The diameter of carbon fiber monofilament is generally less than 10 μm,so that its breakingoff load is very small.Its tensile experiment is different from that of common materials.The tensile performance of carbon fiber monofilament T300-12K was tested and the influence of tensile rate on tensile performance was investigated.The result showed that the tensile strength of the carbon fiber monofilament would obviously increase with the tensile rate.When tensile rate varies from 0.1 mm/min to 10 mm/min,the tensile strength would increase from 2699 MPa to 3464 MPa and apparent elastic modulus would linearly increase from 186 GPa to 209 GPa when tensile rate varies from 0.1 mm/min to 10 mm/min.The break-elongation rate would very a little had not much changed with tensile rate.%碳纤维单丝直径通常小于10 μm,拉断载荷很小,其拉伸试验有别于常规材料.测定了T300-12K碳纤维单丝的拉伸性能,考察了拉伸速率对拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:随着拉伸速率提高,碳纤维单丝拉伸强度明显增大,拉伸强度由拉伸速率为0.1 mm/min时的2699 MPa增加到10 mm/min时的3464 MPa;表观弹性模量略有增大,大致呈线性规律增加,由拉伸速率为0.1 mm/min时的186 GPa增加到10 mm/min时的209 GPa;断裂伸长率随拉伸速率变化不大.
