基于语义异构数据库的概念格分布式构造算法研究

         

摘要

The difficulty of processing of heterogeneous information system is semantic heterogeneity.Based on the study of related theory and algorithm,a distributing constructing algorithm for solving the heterogeneous database concept lattice has been proposed in the paper.The variable threshold concept lattice is constructed for each subsystem with algorithm.According to mapping relationship between variable threshold concept lattice and Ontology concept lattice,the local Ontology is generated automatically or semi-automatically.Then global Ontology is produced by summarizing local Ontology.Regarding global Ontology as main concept lattice,distributing constructing of concept lattice of semantic heterogeneous database can be realized.At last,on the basis of main concept lattice which generated by current heterogeneous database,the feasibility and scientificity of algorithm are analyzed by comparing main concept lattice with the standard.%语义异构是异构信息系统处理的难点.在研究相关领域的算法和理论的基础上,提出了一种解决异构数据库下概念格的分布式构造算法,该算法对每个分系统构造分系统的变精度概念格,通过变精度概念格与Ontology中的概念格做一一映射的方式产生局部Ontology,从而使局部本体能够自动、半自动地生成.将生成的局部本体合并得到全局本体之后,由全局本体映射为主概念格,进而实现语义异构数据库的概念格的分布式构造.最后,以现有的异构数据库生成的主概念格为标准,比较了主概念格与标准主概念格之问的差异,分析了该算法的可行性和科学性.
