第三方参与的建筑市场信用主体演化博弈分析

摘要

With the gradual improvement of credit management in China's construction market, the third party has played an important role in stimulating and restricting the credit subject.Based on the evolutionary game theory, this paper aims to explore the game returns of the two parties of owner group and contractor group with the influences of the third party in different strategy combinations.A model of evolutionary game theory is constructed to describe the relationship between the two primary subjects of owner group and contractor group with third party involved, which will contribute to a thorough investigation of the influence mechanism of third party on the strategy selection.Results show that it is helpful to contain the behavior of dishonesty and improve credit standards of each subject when the third party is involved into the stimulation and discipline of the construction market.%随着我国建筑市场信用管理的逐步完善, 第三方对信用主体的激励与约束起到了很大作用.基于演化博弈理论, 分析发包方和承包方采取不同策略组合的情形下, 双方受第三方影响的博弈收益情况, 构建发包方群体和承包方群体之间的演化博弈模型, 进而探究第三方参与对发包方和承包方策略选择的影响机理.研究发现, 第三方参与市场激励与惩戒, 将遏制建筑市场行为主体的失信行为, 提高各主体的信用水平.
