基于虚拟仪器的机载计算机测试系统设计与实现

     

摘要

为了提高机载计算机的集成测试性能,并改善测试设备的便携性,研制了基于PCI数据采集卡和虚拟仪器的机载计算机测试系统.首先根据机载计算机测试系统的测试功能,分析并给出了测试系统硬件配置;其次在LabWindows/CVI软件开发环境下,运用多线程技术开发出一套能完成机载计算机各项测试功能的综合测试系统软件;最后对系统的可靠性、可维护性进行了测试.通过实际应用表明:系统的测试精度与智能化程度均达到设计要求,且具有较高的性价比,能有效降低用户成本.%In order to improve the integration test performance of onboard computer and improve the portability of test equipment, the onboard computer test system is developed based on PCI data acquisition board and virtual instrument. Firstly, according to the test functions of onboard computer test system, the test system hardware configuration is analyzed. Secondly, in LabWindows/CVI software development environment, the comprehensive test system software has been developed,which can complete all the test function of onboard computer using multi-threading technology. The practical application shows that the precision and intelligence of testing system meet the design requirements, the testing system has a good cost performance, and it can reduce the user cost effectively.
