In 2020,the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the healthy development of the hotel service industry.In order to survive and develop,the hotel industry is also constantly innovating.The research suggests that there are four difficulties in hotel service innovation:shortage of capital chain,imperfect incentive mechanism of innovation,huge change of customer consumption concept and unclear positioning of service innovation.Four innovative optimization strategies are proposed,including increasing contactless services,expanding new marketing channels,integrating products and services,and improving the level of digital services.
