对不同PO3-4-P浓度下,不同粒级组分中碱性磷酸酶活性的分布及其变动规律的研究表明:①随着水体中PO3-4-P浓度的增加,水体中总碱性磷酸酶活性(TAPA)相应地减少(r=-0.586,n=55).水体中的TAPA均值,在PO3-4-P浓度范围为0-0.010mg·L-,无显著差异;而当PO3-4-P浓度>0.010mg·L-1时,差异极显著(P<0.01).②水体中的碱性磷酸酶在不同粒级组分中的分布差异明显,其中以溶解性碱性磷酸酶活性(DAPA)所占的比例最大,浮游植物体中的碱性磷酸酶活性(PAPA)所占的比例次之,细菌体中的碱性磷酸酶活性(BAPA)所占的比例最小.③随着水体中的PO-4-P浓度的增加,水体中的PAPA也相应地减少.水体中的PAPA的活性均值,在PO3-4-P浓度范围为0-0.020mg·L-1时,无显著差异;而当PO3-4-P浓度>0.020mg·L-1时,差异显著(P<0.05);当PO3-4-P浓度> 0.200mg·L-1,差异极显著(P<0.01).④水体中的BAPA未表现出与PO3-4-P浓度的相关性.%The composition and activity of alkaline phosphatase in waters with different PO3-4-P concentrations were studied experimentally. The results show: ①The total alkaline phosphatase activity (TAPA) was decreased with the increase of PO3-4-P concentration(r=-0. 586, n=55).Based on the statistic analyses, when PO3-4-P concentrations were between 0 to 0. 010mg· L- 1,no significant difference was found in the TAPA. When PO3-4-P concentrations exceeded 0.010mg·L-1, the TAPA was significant difference (P<0.01). ②The contents of APA in phytoplankton(PAPA), bacteria (BAPA) and dissolved (DAPA) were different. The ratio of DAPA to TAPA was the highest and BAPA was the smallest. ③With the increasing of PO43-4-P concentration, the PAPA decreased. When PO3-4-P concentrations were between 0 to 0.020mg·L-1, over 0. 020mg·L -1 and over 0.200mg·L -1, the PAPA were no significant, significant(P<0.05) and highly significant, respectively (P<0.01). ④The BAPA showed no significant relationship with the PO3-4-P concentration.
