论蜀汉前期在南中地区的内郡化尝试

摘要

蜀汉政权取代两汉统一王朝统治南中，因其区域性政权的视野和战略形势的需要，在刘备统治时期，通过调整官吏人选、改属国为郡、设胇降都督并驻军、坚持行政监察等方式，尝试在南中推行旨在直接统治的内郡制度。蜀汉时期南中地区的社会结构和生产方式虽较两汉已发生较大变化，但仍不可直接推行内地的统治政策，内郡化尝试以失败告终。%After replacing Han dynasties,the regime of Shu had the power to Govern the area of Yunnan,Guizhou and the southwest of Sichuan,and for the needs of the regional regime and strategic situation,the government took some measures such as transferring of the officials,creating governors,insisting on administrative inspection and supervision etc.in order to implement the system of inner pre-fecture for the governmental direct rule in the area of Yunnan,Guizhou and the southwest of Sichuan.The social structure and the modes of production in the regime of Shu have great changes compared with those in Han dynasties,but the inland policies cannot be implemented and the attempt of inner prefecture failed.
