施工招投标采购中2种定价模式对比研究

摘要

Reasonable pricing of Construction projects in project procurement management is a key factor for cost controlling,and is one of the core contents of China′s construction engineering project manage-ment system reform.The difference between the fixed pricing model and BOQ was analyzed by using the system of project management.The differences of implementation principle,procurement purpose,and Method of Evaluation of Bid between two modes have been reported.The results provide a new thinking of engineering quantity understanding from the “overall situation”point for bidding mode;promote the effi-cient use of engineering quantity list to purchase,so as to improve the efficiency of the management of construction projects.%对建设工程项目合理定价是建设工程项目成本目标控制的关键因素，也是我国建设工程项目管理体制改革的核心内容之一。从项目管理的系统性角度对比分析定额计价模式和工程量清单计价模式之间的区别，揭示二者在实施的原理、采购的本质目的、评标方法和原则3个方面的区别，并对比分析结果，提供了从“大局图”的角度理解工程量清单招投标模式的新思维，以有效地采用工程量清单进行采购，从而提高建设工程项目管理的效率。
