溶剂萃取在处理含铜溶液中的应用

摘要

采用“浸出—萃取—电积”工艺来提取或者处理低品位含铜物料和工业含铜废水中金属铜的方法已经普遍使用，不同结构的铜萃取剂萃取性能存在差异。对酸性体系、氨性体系中已有应用的铜萃取剂进行整理，提出应集中研究混合铜萃取剂的性能和高效稳定的新萃取剂研制。%In recent years,using “leaching—Extraction—electrowinning”process to extract or treatment low grade copper materials and industrial wastewater containing copper has been widely used.The differ-ent structure of various copper extractant can lead to their different performance in the process of extrac-tion.In this paper,copper extraction agent was described,which has been applied in an acidic system and the ammonia system.Future study should focus on a new extractant of the mixing performance of cop-per extractant and highly efficient and stable.
