基于双单片机的冲床数控系统总体设计

         

摘要

基于双单片机主从式前后台数控系统设计思想,对主从单片机系统任务进行分工,对数控系统的软硬件进行总体设计。主单片机系统完成数控系统的文件管理和数据处理等非实时性后台任务,从单片机系统完成插补计算和位置控制等实时性较强的前台任务,主从单片机系统间通过共享存储器传送数据。%Based on the design idea of master -slave and front -back table numerical control system ,the tasks of master-slave singlechip computer system are allocated and the hardware and software of numerical control system are over-all designed .T he master singlechip computer system performs non-real-time back tasks including file management and data handling and the slave singlechip computer system performs real-time front tasks including interpolation calculation position control .The dates are transferred by shared memory between master system and slave system .
