订单农业中农户隐性违约行为产生的原因与规避——由“瘦肉精”引发的思考

摘要

瘦肉精事件从表面上看是由个别丧失经济伦理意识的农户引发的,实质上订单农业固有的缺陷对这起事件也有很大的影响。从订单农业的风险利益分配机制入手,分析农户短视、功利倾向的原因,再以信息不对称理论解析合同不完全性以及监管困难对农户隐性违约倾向的影响。现实中公司存在不同程度的违约以及隐性违约成本低的原因使农户愿意以隐性违约行为扩大收益。%The Lean meat events on the surface is by individual economic loss caused by the farmers of ethical ideology of,in essence order agricultural inherent defect to the incident also has very big effect.This article from the risk of contract farming interests distribution mechanism,and analyses the utility tendency is shortsighted,farmers of reason,again with information asymmetry theory analytical contract incompleteness of farmers and the regulation as well as difficult to breach the influence of recessive.In reality there exists different degree of breach of company and recessive default cost low reason that farmers would like to with recessive breach benefit-increasing.
