调整我国人口政策的现实性分析与路径选择

摘要

Implementation of family planning as a basic national policy for thirty years,it made a significant contribution to China＇s rapid economic and social development with the remarkable achievements.But accompanying with the great achievements,there are a series of serious social problems such as the early arrival of an aging population,the imbalance of newborn sex ratio and etc.On the base of the current situation of China＇s population and development trends,it is necessary for the present family planning policy to make some adjustments,and gradually release the second child limit to achieve a soft landing of the population policy for the national sustainable,healthy and scientific development.%计划生育作为一项基本国策实施30年来,成就斐然,为我国经济社会的快速发展做出了重大贡献。但与巨大成就相伴而来的则是人口老龄化的提前到来,新生人口性别比失衡等一系列严重的社会问题,面对当前我国的人口状况及发展趋势,从国家持续、健康、科学发展的需要考虑,有必要对现行的计划生育政策进行适当的调整,逐步放开二胎限制,实现人口政策的软着陆。
