双面研磨机齿轮传动系统齿轮啮合接触疲劳分析

         

摘要

In order to study the contact fatigue strength of gear transmission system of double side lapping machine , we selected a pair of meshing gears which bear the largest stress as the research object .Based on ANSYS,we con-ducted a nonlinear analysis of mesh gear contact status , and the distribution of equivalent stress and contact stress of meshing gears .We also studied the meshing gear contact force by the friction coefficient .Research shows that the equivalent stress is mainly concentrated in the root;contact force is mainly distributed in the meshing in the vertical direction of tooth surface .The results of the experiments show that the friction coefficient has a certain influence on gear contact force; with the increase of friction coefficient , the contact force also increases;therefore , carburizing and carbonitriding heat treatment on the gear can prolong the life of gear to 5.82 years, which can meet the techno-logical requirements of gear with 5 years life.%为了研究双面研磨机齿轮传动系统齿轮接触疲劳强度的问题,选取受力最大的一对啮合齿轮为研究对象,基于ANSYS对啮合齿轮进行接触状态非线性分析,分析啮合齿轮等效应力和接触应力的分布情况,并通过摩擦系数对啮合齿轮接触力进行研究. 研究表明:等效应力主要集中在齿根处,接触力主要分布在啮合处,方向垂直齿面,试验结果表明摩擦系数对齿轮接触力有一定的影响,随着摩擦系数的增大,接触力也随之增大,为此对齿轮进行渗碳或碳氮共渗的热处理,使齿轮的寿命达到5 .82年,可满足齿轮寿命为5年的工艺要求.
