亳州市谯城区作为长寿现象的一个样本，对于研究探讨长寿与运动的关联具有一定价值。研究中针对谯城区的长寿现象，结合相关文献资料，采用数理统计和专家访谈等方法，分析谯城区长寿老人的长寿归因，考究长寿现象与运动的相关性，阐述了长寿现象的发生和运动特征的关联情况，为开展老龄健康研究、建设有利于“居民健康长寿”的宜居社区环境提供理论支持，为构建和谐社会提供有益参考。%Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City, as a sample of longevity, has a certain value to explore the association of longevity and sports.Aiming at the phenomenon of longevity in Qiaocheng District, combining with the related docu-ments and by using the method of mathematical statistics and expert interview, this paper analyzes what the longevity of the long-lived people in Qiaocheng is attributed to, the correlation of longevity and sports and its characteristics, in order to provide theoretical support for age-related health research and the building of the nice community environ-ment of "residents'health and longevity", and provide a useful reference for building a harmonious society.
