针刺治疗抑郁症72例临床观察

摘要

目的：观察针刺治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将72例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组36例。治疗组采用针刺治疗，对照组给予盐酸氟西汀治疗，治疗前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）进行评分以观察疗效。结果：经4个疗程治疗后，治疗组临床疗效和HAMD评分与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺治疗抑郁症疗效优于西药盐酸氟西汀，且是一种治疗抑郁症的有效方法。%Aim:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on patients with depres-sion.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was designed.Patients meeting the including criteria were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture once daily,the con-trol group was treated with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets.The Hamilton Depression Scale was used to score before and after treatment for the evaluation of the therapeutic effects.Results:After four treatment courses,both the comparisons of HAMD score and clinical effect between the two groups showed signifi-cant difference(P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The acupuncture is an effective method for treating depression.
