The heat leakage experiment of two freezers which were made up with VIP and PU was done. The closed loop temperature control system of the freezers was designed. The temperature of experiment cham- ber was controlled by Ice storage air-conditioning system, the temperature in the freezers controlled by self- tuning PID controller. The whole control system run reliably, interface was friendly and the measuring data could be shown, saved and printed dynamically. The result indicated that the freezer with VIP had better thermal property and energy saving effect than the freezer with PU.%对真空隔热板和传统保温材料聚氨酯制成的两种低温冷柜进行了漏热实验分析.完成了低温冷柜温度闭环控制系统的设计.利用冰蓄冷空调系统调节测试室的温度,采用自适应参数的PID温度调节器控制低温冷柜内的温度.开发完成的软件运行可靠、人机交互界面友好、数据可动态显示并存储和打印.实验结果表明,低温冷柜隔热层用真空隔热板部分替代聚氨酯具有更好的热工性能和节能效果.
