Amplified spontaneous emission (ASE)properties of a BODIPY derivative (PhBOD)in toluene solution were studied under optical pumping.The ASE threshold was decreased with the increase of the concentration in a range of 0.006—0.04 mol/L. The ASE threshold is about 99 kW/cm2 at a concentration of 0.008 mol/L.The ASE efficiency reached the highest value of 23.1% at a concentration of 0.013 mol/L.The ASE intensity remains 85.4% of the initial value after 2×10 5 pulses at the same position,which implies a very high photostability of the PhBOD material.%采用光泵浦的方法研究苯基取代氟硼二吡咯类材料(PhBOD)的放大自发发射(ASE)性能.结果表明:当 PhBOD 的甲苯溶液浓度为0.006~0.04 mol/L 时,其 ASE 阈值随浓度的增加逐渐降低;浓度为0.008 mol/L 样品的 ASE 阈值约为99 kW/cm2;当浓度为0.013 mol/L 时,ASE 的输出效率最高,为23.1%;在相同位置经紫外脉冲激光20万次泵浦,ASE 的强度约衰减为初始强度的85.4%,表明 PhBOD 是一种光稳定性较高的激光材料.
