高职教育校企合作的模式选择与发展路径

摘要

高职教育是我国建设人力资源强国的必然需求.高职院校的改革和发展离不开校企合作、工学结合培养模式的支撑.探索高职教育校企合作的最佳模式与发展路径,推动职业教育与就业的关联性建设,加强校企合作联盟各参与主体的行为取向和精神观念的共融,提高学生的职业技能和素养,从而为企业可持续发展、产业技术的更新提供储备力量.%As an indispensable part in China's construction of a human resources power, higher vocational schools have to base their reform and development on a talent cultivation mode integrating industry and education supported by university-enterprise cooperation.The paper presented an attempt for an optimum mode of the cooperation in higher vocational education and developmental path, aiming to further the construction relating education to employment, strengthen the convergence of all the parties of the cooperation in behavioral orientation and spiritual belief, improve students' vocational skills and qualities for enterprises' sustainable development and technical renewal.
