利用融资租赁解决中小企业融资困境

Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, occupies an important position in national econo-my, it is an important force to promote the development of the economy. But the financing difficulty has long been a big problem of the small and medium-sized enterprises, it restricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. With "financing" and "harmony" dual characteristics of financing lease in order to solve the problems of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises has provided a path of innovation. Combined with the characteristics of small and medium -sized enterprises, this paper analyses the advantage of financing lease, and put forward the financing lease service for small and medium-sized enterprises countermeasures and suggestions.%中小企业在我国国民经济中占有重要的位置，是推动经济发展的重要力量。但长期以来融资困难一直是中小企业面临的巨大难题，制约着中小企业的发展。而具有“融资”与“融物”两重特征的融资租赁为解决中小企业融资难的问题提供了一条创新之路。本文结合中小企业的特征，分析融资租赁的优势，并提出了融资租赁服务中小企业的对策和建议。
