According to the requirement and deployment of PBC and CBRC in recent years, Changchun Central Branch has taken a series of pioneering works by serious consideration and careful planning in the following aspects： strengthening the role of policy, pushing rural financial innovation, improving rural payment environment, exploration of the establishment of rural credit system, and accelerating the reform of Rural Credit Cooperatives. As being tested and proofed by the facts, the work has made huge success and supported the deve!opment of Agriculture, Rural Areas, and Farmers greatly.
