境外投资者资金滞留境内问题研究

摘要

With the economic downturn in Europe and the United States, the rapid development of China's economy and continuous RMB appreciation expectation, a large number of overseas investment funds have been detained in china. In order to guide and regulate the use of the funds, this article analyzes the forms, the reasons and the problems of foreign investors' funds detained in China. Meanwhile it also puts forward some valuable suggestions.%随着欧美经济的低迷，中国经济的飞速发展，人民币升值预期的不断延续，大量境外投资资金在境内滞留。这部分滞留境内的资金，对我国经济健康稳定发展产生重要影响。为合理疏导和规范使用这部分资金，本文通过分析境外投资者资金滞留境内的形式、原因及存在的问题，提出有价值的建议。
