农发行完善绩效考核体系研究

             

摘要

With the rapid development of ADBC in recent years,there are too many defects to meet the current business environment,such as the competition indicators are too rigid,the performance appraisal system is not perfect,the enforceability of employee job performance evaluation is weak,the Four-card linkage system needs to be complemented and so on.To solve these problems,we should revise the competition indicators,use AHP to establish a more rational performance appraisal system,enforce the classification of employee performance,and implement the Four-card linkage comprehensively,so that we can promote the sustainable development of ADBC.%农发行近年来发展迅猛,现有的考核机制存在诸多漏洞,已不适应当前的企业环境,比如争先创优业务经营指标过于刚性化;经营绩效考核办法不够完善;员工岗位绩效考核实施细则的可执行性较弱;四卡联动仍需补充和细分等。针对这些问题,建议修正争先创优指标;运用AHP设立更加合理的经营绩效考核体系;强制执行支行内部员工绩效等级差别化分类;以四卡联动全面代替员工岗位实施细则,从而推动农发行精品行建设的持续发展。
