外汇视角下支持长吉图先导区外商投资发展的思考与建议

2009年8月30日，国务院正式批复《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要--以长吉图为开发开放先导区》，标志着长吉图开发开放先导区建设已上升为国家战略，这也为吉林省经济的发展带来了新的机遇。本文认真梳理了长吉图地区外商投资发展的现状，并分析限制外商投资发展的主客观因素，据此提出相应的政策建议。%August 30, 2009, the State Council ofifcially approved "Tumen River Cooperation Development Plan -- Taking “Chang Ji Tu” as the Forerunner Area", which marks the construction of pilot zone has risen as a national strategy, that will bring new opportunities for the development of Jilin province. This paper hackles the status of foreign investment in the development of Chang Ji Tu area, and analyzes the restrictions on foreign investment in the development of the subjective and objective factors, put forward corresponding policy recommendations.
