玉米穗粗的遗传研究

     

摘要

以4个自选系和3个常用自交系为母本,Mo17等4个骨干系为父本做7×4格子方杂交,采用增广NCⅡ设计,对玉米穗粗的遗传进行了研究。结果表明:28个杂种F1均有不同程度正向优势,以Mo17作父本的优势最高; 2种配合力显著存在,且一般配合力达到极显著水平。遗传模型测验结果表明:穗粗的遗传符合加性-显性模型;增效、减效基因在雌亲、雄亲间的分配无明显差异。穗粗的遗传为超显性遗传,且显性基因为增效基因。%Crosses were made between female parents, four self-selective strains and three common self-crossing strains, and male parents,Mo17 and other 3 main strains, using augmented NCⅡ de sign, to study the inheritance of ear diametre of maize. The r esults showed that all of 28 F1 hybrids exhibited p o sitive heterosis in some degrees with the highest heterosis found in cros s in which Mo17 was the male parent.Both general and specific combinin g abilities were found and the specific combining ability was significant. The i nheritance of the ear width followed an additive-dominance model. No significan t difference was found between male and female parents in the distribution of add itive and reductive genes. The ear diametre was inherited in a superdominant fas hion with the additive gene as the dominant gene.
