长吉图先导区农村居民点用地整治潜力研究

摘要

The purpose of rural residential land reclamation is to realize the link of urban and rural con-struction land,which means the increase of cultivated area to supplement the area occupied by urban con-struction land expansion .The potential of rural residential land reclamation is studied on the basis of con-struction land demand calculation .Trend extrapolation method,multiple regression analysis method and average growth rate method are used to calculate the construction land demand of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen pilot zone,then the total amount of construction land demand in 201 5 is confirmed by spatial analysis tools of GIS .The results of the potential should be divided into three classes in order to provide time and spatial reference for implementing land improvement .Finally combined with constraints affecting rural residential land reclamation,four suggestions of sequence in time on land improvement are put forward .%农村居民点整治的目的是为了实现城乡建设用地增减挂钩，即增加耕地面积来补充城镇建设用地扩张占用的耕地，该研究在建设用地需求预测的基础上对农村居民点用地的整治潜力进行了研究。选取时间趋势外推法、多元回归分析法和平均增长率法预测长吉图开发开放先导区建设用地需求，利用GIS技术进行空间分析，确定2015年长吉图开发开放先导区建设用地需求总量。在此基础上测算了农村居民点用地整治潜力，划分3个潜力级别，为实施整治提供时间和空间参考，并结合影响农村居民点整治的制约因素，提出了整治时序建议。
