电子废弃物回收处理处置及资源循环技术综合评价

摘要

Focused on discarded computers and related WPCBs,this paper introduces relevant national technology standards in China for the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)treatment and disposal management system.The paper makes a preliminary classification and environmental risk assessment on the electronic waste (E-waste)recycling and disposal,as well as the technology of resource recycling.It also discusses the parameter estimation and evaluation methods of E-waste in China,aimed at providing more evidences for quantitative evaluation for the disposal of E-waste and resource recycling in China.%以废弃电脑及相关废弃印刷电路板为重点，介绍了中国报废电子电气设备(WEEE)回收、处理、处置相关的国家技术标准；针对电子垃圾(E-waste)回收处理处置、资源循环技术进行初步分类及环境风险评价；探讨了中国电脑废弃物的参数测算及评价方法。为中国电子废弃物回收处理处置、资源循环技术进行进一步的定量性综合评价提供评估依据。
