大数据环境下的企业信用法律监管制度

摘要

In the context of big data,enterprise credit present body virtualization and digitization,with the new characteristics of wide and deep influencing factors.Yet enterprise credit supervision laws and system is not perfect,being lack of guarantee regulations .So enterprise credit supervision system based on the basic Law should be established.Under the guidance of central government and in accordance with local features,we should improve legal s enterprise credit supervision system,enhance big data controlling competence and enter-prise credit supervision level,keep balance between supervision and benefit protection,guarantee the supervision work of enterprise credit.%大数据环境下，企业信用呈现体态虚拟化与数字化、影响因素广平化与纵深化的新特点，而企业信用监管的法律、制度不健全，相关保障措施欠缺。应建立以企业信用基本法为基础的企业信用监管法律体系，并以中央为主导、地方为特色完善企业信用分类监管制度，提升大数据技术处理能力与企业信用监管水平，注重企业信用法律监管中权益保护的均衡性，做好企业信用法律监管的保障工作。
