王会仍辨治肺系疾病经验撷菁

摘要

WANG Hui-reng is a state-level famous-old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, he contributed to medicine for nearly fifty years, and he is good at treatment lung diseases.Professor Wang thinks that lung diseases is deficiency in origin and excess in su-perficiality, and insufficience of lung-spleen-kidney is the essence and"Stagnation of qi,phlegm,Stasis of blood,Lung heat"is the superficiality.Professor Wang considers that supporting the healthy energy is the key, and emphasizes that clearing lung and moisten lung, regulating qi and activating blood analgesia, making the spleen healthy and supplement kidney.By use of these theories, Profes-sor Wang gets remarkable clinical effect.This paper will describe the syndrome differentiation and drug-experience in the treatment of lung diseases of Professor Wang from three clinical cases.%国家级名老中医王会仍从医近50年，擅长治疗肺系疾病。王教授认为，肺系疾病多为本虚标实，以“肺脾肾虚”为本，以“滞痰瘀热”为标，重视“扶正固本”，强调“清肺润肺兼顾”“理气活血并行”“健脾补肾同在”。王教授运用这些理论治疗肺系疾病，临床疗效显著。本文从三个验案来阐述王会仍教授治疗肺系疾病的辨治特色和用药经验，以飨读者。
